  • Instant Oats (1 cup)
  • semolina (a little)
  • gram flour (a little)
  • Turmeric
  • Green chilly
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • salt to taste

Instant Oats Chilla Recipe

To make instant oats, first place a pan on the gas. Now first roast the oats lightly brown in it. After this, cool it in a plate and grind it like a powder in a mixer. Now take a bowl and add instant oats, gram flour and semolina and mix it well.

Now add green chilies, asafoetida, coriander, turmeric powder, and salt as per taste. Apart from this, add small pieces of carrot and capsicum and mix it well. Do not put more water in it than necessary. Now leave it covered for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, see if the semolina and oats have dried up the water, then add a little more water, but the solution should remain thick.

To make Instant Oats Chilla, place a pan on the gas. Heat some oil in it. After this, pour the cheela mixture in the pan making a round shape. When the cheela is cooked from the bottom side, flip it over and cook from the other side. Cook the cheela from both the sides. This way instant oats cheela will be made. You can consume it with green chutney.
