Along with this, the children will give feedback about the performance of the teachers. Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, Principal Secretary, School Education Department, launched two applications. During this, he said that both the apps would prove to be powerful tools to bring revolution in the education sector. During this, he also released the complete school safety manual.

School Education Department has prepared JK Attendance App for taking GPS based attendance of teachers and review portal for feedback of children. From JK Attendance App, daily attendance information from teachers to directors and CEO will be GPS based. The app will show the live location with geo coordinates and allow specific tracking at that time. This will reduce paperwork and save resources over time. This will improve the management of attendance in all schools. Employees will also be able to apply for leave online from the app.
